Listen and follow your supervisor, not your colleagues. When you obey the authority in the office, you are safe. Obedience brings safety. If you wish to stay on the safe side today, just listen to your supervisor. The only voice you are required to obey is your supervisor. If you disagree with your supervisor’s instruction, discuss it with him or her. You don’t need to discuss it with anyone else. Your coworkers are likely to offer you bad advice. Your coworkers have nothing to lose, only you. Listen to the authority in every environment and ignore the third voice. Listen for clarity and obey for charity.
